A WATER line in the Old Clifton area has been lying damaged for the past several days owing to which a sizable amount of water gets accumulated on the road as soon as the supply to our locality starts. This not only creates difficulty for passersby, but is a waste of potable water. As a result, the houses at the tail end of the supply line are facing an acute water shortage.
