TAXILA: One person died while seven others were injured in road incidents in different parts of Attock on Friday.

A dumper, recklessly driven by an unknown driver, hit a motorcyclist on G.T. Road near the bus stand in the limits of Hassanabdal Police station.

According to sources at the hospital and police, 28-year-old Behzad Rehan, resident of Wah, died on the spot while the dumper driver managed to escape.

Furthermore, five persons received burn injuries while they were trapped in a car that caught fire as a result of an accident in Madhotra in the jurisdiction of Hazro Police station.
