LAHORE: PPP Punjab President Qamar Zaman Kaira says ouster of the incumbent government has become imminent to save the people from further destruction of price hike.

He was speaking at a press conference along with Chaudhry Manzoor, Chaudhry Aslam Gill, Malik Usman and others here on Friday.

Mr Kaira said the party was preparing for the ouster of the government, as Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari would address the public in each division of central Punjab for mobilising the masses against the rulers.

He said the provincial leadership was also starting district-level contacts from the next week to organise party workers for the purpose.

He alleged that the prime minister had appointed Abraj Group’s “frontman” Tabish Gohar as his assistant, as circular debt of independent power producers had touched Rs2.2 trillion mark.
