LAHORE: A combined entry test for admissions to BSc Engineering and BSc Engineering Technology in the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, its constituent campuses and all government engineering institutes across Punjab, is scheduled to be held on June 13 and 14 at the centres allotted by the Virtual University (VU).
The Entry Test tokens are available on the designated HBL branches on payment of Rs1,200 till June 1. Last date for printing of admit card is June 2.
A mock test to guide the candidates on attempting the computer-based test will also be conducted on June 6 and 7 at the assigned VU centres.
However, the final test will be conducted on June 13 and 14.
Similarly, the results of the entry test will be declared on June 15 (midnight) and will be available on web portal admission.uet.edu.pk.
The students can get all the information related to the entrance test from the UET Lahore website admission.uet.edu.pk.
The candidates may use computer and printer facility in computer laboratories at the UET Lahore and Taxila campuses, Engineering College Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU), Multan, NFC Institute of Engineering and Technology, Multan, Engineering College Islamia University Bahawalpur, University of Gujrat and Fatima Jinnah Women University (for ladies only), Rawalpindi, from May 6 to June 1, 2020 between 10am to 3pm with a break for prayer during working days.
EID HOLIDAYS: The Punjab University will remain closed from Friday to Wednesday on account of Eidul Fitr holidays.
While Eid prayers at PU Jamia Mosque, Quaid-i-Azam (New) Campus, will be offered at 6:30am. Dr Mufti Muhammad Muaaz will lead the prayers.
