SAHIWAL: Up to 133 people who returned from Far East and Arab countries have been quarantined for 14 days at the Government Postgraduate College.

Also, two coronavirus cases have been discharged after their repeated negative reports. In all, of 28 positive cases, 23 have recovered from the infection, four others are still under treatment, while one patient has died.

TOBA TEK SINGH: The 37 people, of Kamalia, quarantined in their houses after their family members were declared positive Covid-19 cases, have tested negative for the virus.

After six family members of Hashmat Chowk area of Charh Muhalla, Kamalia city, were detected as Covid-19 positive patients on Monday, their 37 relatives were quarantined.

Kamalia Assistant Commissioner Nosheen Israr told reporters a relative of the family from Gujranwala stayed here with them a few days ago.

When he had returned, he tested positive for Covid-19 and was admitted to the Gujranwala hospital, so the 43 family members of this family were quarantined at home in Kamalia and test reports declared six of them positive cases.
