Adiala Road

Published March 27, 2020

THE residents of Adiala Road face extreme hardships owing to the dilapidated condition of this road, especially from Jarahi to Gulshanabad. Travelling on this road is an ordeal for people as this portion of the road is totally broken with potholes and accumulated stagnant rainwater with no proper sewage.

This road is important owing to the presence of Adiala Jail and Zarar camp.

The area falls under the constituency of Federal Minster Ghulam Sarwar Khan and MPA Wasiq Qayyum Abbasi, both of whom seem oblivious to problems of the area and are hardly seen in their constituencies.

After exhausting all avenues to seek the attention of the elected representative of the area, I write this to draw the attention of the authorities to undertake repairs.
