THE government is neither privatising Pakistan Steel Mills nor providing enough financial assistance to stabilise it. Its 25,000 workers have been suffering owing to late or unpaid salaries.
The government does not seem serious in resolving the steel mills issue. It should take immediate action to save this organisation and its staff.
