Women drivers

Published December 3, 2019

A WOMAN driving an expensive car misbehaved with a traffic police officer, who had stopped her violating a traffic light. A complaint was registered at Darakhshan Police Station against the woman, who is yet to be identified.

The first information report registered against the woman states that she misbehaved with the traffic police officer who stopped her vehicle for the violation of traffic rules in Defence Housing Authority.

A video making the rounds on social media shows the woman refused to accept a ticket for a serious traffic violation and instead misbehaved with the traffic police, stooping to the extent of abusing him. Then she drove away.

I find it sad that the high and mighty have no regard for the law as witnessed frequently on our streets. This is a request to all citizens to diligently observe traffic rules as they are meant for citizens’ safety.
