QUETTA: Chief organiser of the ruling Balochistan Awami Party and MPA Mir Jan Muhammad Jamali has said that party’s organisers for all divisions will be announced by the end of this month as BAP has started preparations for taking part in upcoming local government elections in the province.

Talking to journalists here, he said that steps were being taken to strengthen the party’s network and intra-party elections would be held after establishing party units in all districts of the province.

Referring to the Azadi march, Mr Jamali stressed the need for ending reservations of the opposition parties, adding that any instability at the moment would not be good for the future of the country.

“The federal government and the opposition parties should show restraint in the larger interest of the country’s future,” the Balochistan Awami Party leader said.

Turning to his party’s performance in the province, he said the party was ready to participate in upcoming local government elections and it has named organisers of the party for Sibi and Nasirabad areas.
