LAHORE: PML-N Punjab President MNA Rana Sanaullah is being kept in a condemned prisoner’s cell, alleges his wife Nabila Sana.

She told reporters after a meeting with her husband at the camp jail here on Tuesday that Sanaullah was being kept in a death row prisoner’s cell but he was in high spirits.

She said he gave a message that he could expose the “nika and his father” in 15 minutes if he came out of jail.

“He told me that those arrested him first decided to book him for recovering ice or hash. They were nervous,” she said.

Sanaullah’s son-in-law Rana Sheryar said the police tortured PML-N workers, including chairmen and vice-chairmen in Faisalabad.

“This brutal police torture will be brought to the notice of the Amnesty International,” he said.
