Request to CJP

THIS is apropos the letter ‘Justice: common man’ (March 1). This reminds me of the quote of William E. Gladstone: “Justice delayed is justice denied”.

Quick, fair and equal dispensation of justice to all citizens with no distinction is the prime duty of the judicial system and is one of the fundamental rights of our citizens.

I want to bring to the notice of the authorities concerned, especially chief justice of Pakistan, the case of Agha Zeeshan’s father in Sukkur High Court according to the law of the land that guarantees speedy and fair trial to all.
