KARACHI: A small field of 20 odd horses will battle it out for honours in the winter Gymkhana race meeting when it takes place at the Karachi Racecourse on Saturday.
A field of seven horses will face the starter in the third and last race which is also days feature event — combined scale order II, III and IV to be contested over four-and-a-half furlongs.
This will be preceded by supporting event — scale order V, VI and VII. Eight horses are in line in this race that will also go over similar distance of four-and-a-half furlongs.
The opening race will see five horses vying for honours in the four furlongs race.
The first race starts at 3pm.
