ONE salutes the city and provincial administration for their efforts to make Lahore very clean and beautiful. Unlike many other cities of the country, Lahore has a proper garbage collecting system. The municipality staff and vehicles can be seen in all parts of city. I have an observation about the timing of the trash collection.
The municipality staff collects trash at a time when the roads and streets are busy. This causes traffic congestion on many narrow streets. The municipal staff should perform their duty early in the morning.
