KHUZDAR: Two men were shot dead by unidentified attackers on Thursday, police said.

They said Tahir Ahmed and Sajjad Ahmed were sitting at a restaurant at Jhalawan Complex on the Quetta-Karachi highway when gunmen on a motorcycle opened fire on them.

Both the men received serious bullet injuries and were shifted to the Khuzdar district hospital where they died during treatment.

Assailants escaped from the scene.

Police termed it a case of targeted attack and began investigation into the incident.
