LAHORE: Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar on Sunday ordered arrest of the man involved in kidnap and rape of a minor girl.

Police arrested the suspect and court ordered the officials to include kidnap and murder threats sections in the case.

The CJP was hearing a petition filed by a minor girl’s mother who stated that she belongs to Model Town and hired a rickshaw driver to drop her seven-year-old daughter to school. She alleged that the suspect kidnapped her daughter and later raped her on June 5 and the Faisal Town police registered a case on Aug 3.
