THATTA, June 6: A group of A-class government contractors carrying out various development schemes under nation building departments in the district have complained about the delay in renewal of their certificates by the engineering council, Islamabad. The contractors who briefed newsmen here at Thatta press club on Sunday, said that they have already fulfilled all the required formalities but since last four months, their certificates were pending with the Council’ s office.

They suggested that their certificates, instead of being forwarded to Islamabad, may be renewed from the Karachi office of the PEC.
