TIMERGARA/BAJAUR: ANP provincial president and former chief minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti has criticised PTI chief Imran Khan, saying he has awarded party tickets for contesting polls to his blue-eyed boys and ignored genuine workers.

Addressing a party meeting in Munda, Lower Dir on Wednesday, he said that the youth must hold former chief minister Parvez Khattak accountable for taking loans worth billions of rupees.

The ANP leader also criticised Mutahidda Majlis-i-Amal. “There was no threat to Islam whenMMA was enjoying power in the province but now all of a sudden Islam is endangered and the religious alliance is claiming to save it,” he said.

ANP leader claims his party will form next govt in province

He said that the world was developing but Jamaat-i-Islami leaders were deceiving voters in the name of Islam and pipes and cement bags in Lower Dir.

ANP candidates for PK-16 and NA-7 Haji Bahadar Khan and Malik Nazir Gujjar, ANP district president Hussain Shah Yousafzai, Pir Javed and Bakht Baidar Jan also spoke on the occasion.

Mr Hoti said that if ANP would get for the province the arrears of net hydel profit from the centre and would set up universities at district level besides establishing new health and education centres all over the province if it was voted to power in the upcominggeneral elections.

Later, Mr Hoti inaugurated election office of Malik Sajjad Yousafzai, the party nominee for PK-15, in Talash.

Addressing another gathering in Badwan Bala, the ANP leader said 800 workers of the party sacrificed their lives for restoration of peace in the region. He said thousands of tourists were visiting Kalam in Swat, Kumrat in Upper Dir and Laram Top because of the sacrifices of ANP workers.

Addressing ANP workers in Bajaur during his visit, Mr Hoti claimed that his party would get maximum seats in the upcoming general elections to from government in the province.

He said that ANP was the only political party in the country that always raised voice for resolution of people’s problems. He said that ANP would not only form government in the province, but would also get more seats in the National Assembly.

Mr Hoti said that forming government in the province was imperative to enforce the Fata reforms perfectly. He said that the previous government of PTI did nothing for the welfare of people. He said that PTI government failed to materialise its slogan of change in the province.

He said that ANP would bring revolutionary changes in the lives of people if it was voted to power in the upcoming elections. “We will show the PTI what is change and howit is brought when ANP will come into power in the province,” he added.
