PPP holds candidates’ interviews

KARACHI: The Pakistan Peo­ples Party (PPP) parliamentary board continued interviews of hundreds of candidates for 13 National Assembly and 29 Sindh Assembly general seats in nine districts of Hyderabad division, said a party statement.

“The board meeting was chaired by PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari and PPP-Parliamentarian president Asif Ali Zardari at Bilawal House here on Tuesday,” it said.

The board members include PPP women wing president MNA Faryal Talpur, Sherry Rehman, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Syed Naveed Qamar, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah, Syed Murad Ali Shah, Manzoor Hussain Wassan, Waqar Mehdi, Ali Nawaz Shah and Shagufta Jumani.

Candidates from Tando Moham­mad Khan, Tando Allahyar, Jamshoro, Matiari, Hyderabad, Thatta, Sujawal, Dadu and Badin districts visited Bilawal House for the interviews, the statement said.
