Moral values

Published May 26, 2018

SADLY, we are witnessing the systematic erosion of moral values in our day-to-day life. Relations are based on material considerations. Those who still hold dear moral values are ridiculed and branded misfits.

It is these values that hold a society together. Unfortunately, the Muslim civilisation has seen things turned the other way around, with societies witnessing the erosion of moral values. Things change when they reach the ultimate point. It is, therefore, logical to hope that moral values will be restored to their glory in some distant future.

How much time will elapse before this materialises is yet very difficult to say, but as a nation we should work towards it.
