KARACHI: An elderly man was gunned down in his home in Quetta Town off Superhighway while his suspected attacker who was stabbed by the victim’s son was found dead at a short distance from the house later on Saturday afternoon, according to Sachal police.

Police said that three suspects barged into the house of Sohrab Din and his young son identified as Asif managed to overpower one of them by stabbing him in the chest. As he fell to the ground, his accomplices opened fire, killing Sohrab, 64, said police.
