MUZAFFARGARH: Police registered a case against a man after his dogs injured a minor girl at Usman Koria village on Sunday.

Rukhsana Bibi told Shah Jamal police that she was picking cotton in the fields when a pack of dogs owned by a local landlord, Wahid Bukhsh, attacked her five-year-old daughter Sana.

She alleged that the owner neither chained his dogs, nor tried to save the minor girl while she was under canine attack.

The injured girl was admitted to hospital where her condition was said to be serious.

Police said Wahid Bakhsh had been arrested after registration of a case against him.
