PESHAWAR: Representatives of the business community here have urged the Federal Tax Ombudsman to open new offices in the cantonment and city areas of Peshawar and other major cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa so that the local businessmen could easily approach them for lodging their complaints.

They also called for taking steps for creating awareness among traders of the significance of FTO offices.

These suggestions were given by Central Tanzeem-i-Tajraan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, president Sharafat Ali Mubarak, provincial general secretary Shaukat Ali Khan and Nisarullah Khan while sharing their views at a workshop here on Friday.
