PESHAWAR, Dec 5: The PML-N’s leadership would never meet President Pervez Musharraf as he had sabotaged the democratic process in the country, a senior leader of the party said.

Clarifying reports, PML-N’s provincial secretary-general Iqbal Zafar Jhagra said in a press release that no worker, let alone the party’s leadership, could even think of holding a meeting with the president who had derailed the democratic process.

Mr Jhagra, who is also secretary-general of the Alliance for Restoration of Democracy, pledged that the PML-N would continue its struggle against the military ruler and would strive hard to establish rule of law in the country.
