GUJRAT: The ground-breaking ceremony of the Narowal sub-campus of the University of Gujrat (UoG) was held in Narowal on Sunday.

Federal Minister for Planning, Development & Reforms Prof Ahsan Iqbal unveiled a plaque marking the start of the construction, says a press release.He said the present government had spent Rs215 billion on various education projects — including 66 higher education projects — in just three years. “There will be university campus in each district of Pakistan in next three years,” he said. UoG Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Ziaul Qayyum also attended the ceremony.
