DERA ISMAIL KHAN: A soldier was killed and four others injured when a vehicle of the security forces was hit by a roadside bomb explosion in Pash Ziarat area of Makeen tehsil in South Waziristan on Saturday.

According to official sources, the vehicle was badly damaged.

A spokesman for the Mahsud Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
