KARACHI: The quartet comprising formidable South Whites, South Greens, East Whites and Central Greens completed the semi-final line-up in the 10th NBP Cup basketball tournament at the Arambagh floodlit court on Saturday.

Group A champions South Whites is drawn to take on Central Greens while group B leaders East Whites face South Greens in the two semi-finals.

Meanwhile, South Whites inflicted 62-25 defeat on Korangi in their last league fixture on Saturday.

Ahad Javeri scored at repeated interval and finished with 22. He was ably supported by Ali Ahmed and Raja Jehanzab who scored 11 points apiece for winners.

Daniyal and Shariq scored 10 and seven points, respectively for the losers.

In another match, East Whites humbled East Greens 55-21 to decide top two slots of the group. The winners led 16-6 at half time.

Atif was the main architect for winners with 21 and was followed by Zia and Mubashir 12 each. Talha and Ali scored 12 and nine, respectively for losers.
