LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman’s political adviser Ejaz Chaudhry has said prime minister’s failed meeting with his Indian counterpart, Narendra Modi, has disappointed the nation.

He said the joint declaration has put the Pakistan nation in the dock than a victim.

Speaking to PP-154 union councils’ chairmen and vice-chairmen candidates on Saturday, he said the Pakistan nation felt insulted as the Indian premier did not even come out to welcome his Pakistani counterpart. He regretted that the joint declaration did not even mention the human rights violations in Kashmir as well as RAW’s insurgency in Balochistan and Karachi.
