KARACHI: Karachi Metropolitan Corporation staff carried out an anti-encroachment operation in Gulistan-i-Jauhar and reclaimed a 2,500-square-foot amenity plot reserved for parking by demolishing the boundary walls around it and also removed all other encroachments from the adjoining service roads.

A KMC statement issued on Tuesday said the action was taken in compliance of Sindh High Court order 3902 of 2014 issued on May 18, 2015 for the restoration of traffic on the surrounding roads.
