KARACHI: A man and his two sons were shot dead in a suspected sectarian attack in Malir area on Thursday night, according to Al Falah police.

The three were sitting at their restaurant in Bagh-i-Malir, Block-A, when assailants on a motorcycle opened fire on them and fled. They sustained critical injuries and were taken to the JPMC where doctors declared Syed Abdul Wahab, 53, and his son, Syed Farmanullah, 23, as dead on arrival.

Mr Wahab’s second son, Syed Asmatullah, 28, died during treatment, added Dr Seemin Jamali.
