Director Mohit Suri who has delivered hit films Aashiqui 2, Kalyug, and recently Ek Villian said he's a huge fan of his cousin Alia Bhatt but finds it difficult to cast the actress in his films, reported IANS.

Responding to whether he will cast Bhatt in his movies any time soon, Suri said:

“Well…I am a huge fan of my little sister Alia Bhatt. I think whenever I meet her, I actually forget that she is my cousin and I start getting into a whole struggling director mode with her."

He added:

“She is someone who I think is not only a big star, but one of the most emotional actresses I’ve ever seen in our time…and that’s what makes it so difficult. I find it very difficult to give her a role.”

Suri is currently busy working on his upcoming venture Hamari Adhuri Kahani which stars Vidya Balan and Emraan Hashmi in lead roles.

Bhatt hails from a family tree full of celebrities. Besides her father Mahesh Bhatt, a veteran filmmaker, actor-director mother Soni Razdan and producer uncle Mukesh Bhatt, her siblings Pooja Bhatt (actor-director) and Shaheen (assistant director-writer) are also in the film fraternity.
