KARACHI: United Football Club Lyari will face Golimar Football Club in the inaugural match of the Shohada-e-Army Public School Peshawar Under-12 Football Championship which gets underway at the Kakri Ground here on Saturday.

The championship, which will be participated in by sixteen teams from the metropolis, is being organized by DMC South to pay tribute to the children of the Army Public School who died in a ghastly terror attack last month.

The other competing teams in the event are Baloch Mujahid Academy, Agra Taj, Dutch Academy, Haroon Baharia Academy, KU Korangi, Malir Centre, Baldia Town, Ghareeb Shah Centre, Bsloch Star, Kidwai Lyari Football Academy, Mauripur Centre, Orangi Town Football Academy, Shaheed Husssain Football Academy and Young Panjgur.
