From the mounting frustration in traffic jams, to the impatience borne from long queues at the pakoray wala, the month of Ramazan brings out the worst in most adults that we see on the streets.

However, some choose to celebrate the simple joys that only Ramazan brings and a child's first fast is one such cherished memory.

Listen to eleven-year-old Bushra Fatema narrating her first fast experiences, while Shakira Begum, who is in the 80s, recounts what it was like in her days.
