DERA MURAD JAMALI: Unknown armed men shot and killed three labourers and injured four others in Tehsil Tambo of Balochistan’s Nasirabad district early Monday.

Station House Officer PS Khan Kot Abid Ali Bangulzai told APP that the labourers working on a road project in Tehsil Tambo were asleep at night when the armed men riding bikes came and opened indiscriminate fire on them, leaving three of them dead and four others injured.

“The labourers were working on an ongoing road project from Imrani Shakh to Magsi Shakh area,” he said.

The assailants managed to escape from the scene.

Police, upon receiving information, rushed to the site and shifted the bodies and injured to a nearby hospital.

The injured were later referred to the Larkana Civil Hospital on account of their serious condition.

Moreover, the bodies were handed over to the heirs after autopsy. Police cordoned off the area to trace the suspects.
