Turkish President Erdogan to arrive in Islamabad tomorrow

ISLAMABAD: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, on his way back from Indonesia, will be stopping over at Islamabad on Saturday, according to a statement by Foreign Office spokesman Syed Khalilullah.
The foreign office spokesperson said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will hold a meeting with the Turkish president him during the short stopover.
The two leaders would hold discussions on enhancement of bilateral relations, and global and international issues of mutual interest.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan had earlier visited Lahore and Islamabad in December 2013 as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey.

It was his seventh visit to Pakistan in the last ten years, signifying substantial growth and strengthening of relations under his government.
This would be his first visit to Islamabad as the President of Turkey.
Qazi Khalilullah said Pakistan deeply appreciates the personal contribution to the growth and expansion of Pakistan-Turkey relations under the sagacious leadership of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

its not normal after , Turk decided to fight IS now they will definitely come to Pakistan for cooperation as Pakistan has long experience in fighting against terrorism , Pakistan wont benefit only other countries with his experience but will also stand more strong after all this terrorism. But unluckily our desperate neighbor still wondering how to get attention.

Time to explore joint venture with Turkey, projects of mutual benefit. May be involve Turkey in construction of iranian gas pipeline or CPEC-economic corridor construction projects. May be make a stronger RCD road & railway link (Turkey-Iran-Pakistan) for increased import/export corridor to middle east and europe to achieve better standard of living for people of the region.

Turkish republic and Pakistan can play a pivtol role in the new alliances being forged, given that occuiped America is no longer a super power but still a significant (and nuclear armed and very dangerous) world player.
