HANGU: Four persons were killed and five others were injured as a result of firing at a funeral in Astori Khel area of Lower Orakzai Agency on Friday evening.

The political authorities said that Asif Ali opened indiscriminate fire upon seeing his rivals at a funeral of a local person in Astori Khel area.

Those killed were identified as Kamal Hassan, Nasim Ali, Amin Qasim and Mansoor Ali. The dead also included two passers-by.

The injured were shifted to Kalaya hospital. The political authorities started making efforts to arrest of the suspected killer. The local administration also arrested five relatives of the accused.
