Hyderabad cricket elections held

HYDERABAD, Aug 4 Karamat Ali Abbasi, Ahmed Ali Jafri and Ghulam Sarwar Mahar were elected as president, secretary and treasurer respectively of the Hyderabad District Cricket Association on Tuesday, according to an announcement made by PCB's Election Commissioner Abdul Sami Khan.

The office bearers have been elected for a period of three years. They got 16 votes each out of 31 registered votes.

The election commissioner has asked the outgoing office-bearers to carry out necessary legal, administrative and financial work and present a report to him within fifteen days.
