PHF revises list of coaches

LAHORE, Sept 2 The Pakistan Hockey Federation has revised the list of coaches for its different regional academies due to the pre-occupation of various coaches.

According to the new list, Muhammad Asghar has been appointed in place of Amir Zafar at Lahore Academy No. 1. Olympian Shafqat Malik and Khalil Shah were appointed in place of M. Saeed and Rana Khalid in Faisalabad Academy. Mohammad Irfan was appointed coach in place of Khawar Javed. Mumtaz Haider and Arif Bhopali will be the new coaches of Karachi Academy No.1 in place of Safdar Abbas and Asif Khan. Mubashar Mukhtar was appointed new coach in place of Saleem Sherwani in Karachi Academy No. 2.

Mansoor Baig will be the new coach of Bahawalpur Academy in place of Saleem.

Moreover, Saleem Sherwani, Tariq Sheikh, Khawar Javed and Asif Khan will act as coaches of Pakistan U-16 team.
