DADU, March 22 The Jamshoro district government is facing a financial crisis because of monthly deductions from its funds by the Sindh finance department. As a result, work on several development schemes has been stopped and the district government has decided not to launch new schemes.

This was stated by District Nazim Malik Asad Sikandar in a communication addressed to the Sindh chief minister. He urged the Sindh government to stop deductions in the funds and release Rs500 million special funds to help the district government to continue development works and smoothly run district government affairs.
