HYDERABAD, Jan 27 The Muslim Cloth Merchant Union of Azeem-o-Shan Cloth Market expressed concern over the closure of New Cloth Market branch of the National Bank of Pakistan. A meeting held on Monday observed that businessmen, consumers and civil servants would face host of problems because of bank branch closure.

The meeting accused the officials of conspiring with builders' mafia to close bank branch and instead erect a shopping centre.

It alleged that the branch was set on fire then shifted to some other place, permanently.
