Two prosecution witnesses in the Benazir Bhutto murder case on Thursday changed their earlier statements against two senior police officers of Rawalpindi.

Abdul Rehman, the head of Rescue 1122 Rawalpindi, and Ghulam Ahmed Naz, a former official of the firefighting department, during cross-examination by defence counsel Malik Rafique in the anti-terrorism court said that in order to avert any untoward incident they complied with the order of the police to wash the crime scene.
