LAHORE, Nov 18: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf vice-chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi has strongly condemned Israeli attack on Gaza and other towns of Palestine and called upon the United Nations to immediately intervene.

In a statement on Sunday, the PTI leader, who is also former foreign minister, said that bomb attacks on innocent civilians were open challenges for all organizations of human rights and the US and other countries should take notice of the situation. He said one-sided use of power of Israel was quite dangerous which is alarming and could result into a big threat for the global peace as well.

Mr Qureshi stressed upon all the countries, including Pakistan, to activate their foreign offices to convey sentiments of their nations in this regard and express solidarity with the Palestinian brethren.

He also called upon Arab League and other organizations of Muslim countries to increase pressure on Israel to refrain from committing such brutality and bloodshed.
