LAHORE: A labourer died on Saturday after falling from a height during construction work at a new building of the Lahore High Court.
The deceased, identified as Faizan, reportedly fell from the sixth floor of the under-construction building. He sustained critical injuries in the fall and was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital.
However, despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.
The authorities have yet to issue a statement regarding the circumstances of the incident or any safety measures in place at the construction site.
