KARACHI: At least two people lost their lives during incidents of violence in the city, DawnNews reported on Wednesday.

 Two people, identified as Raza and Jahangir, were shot dead at ‘Hyder Chowk’ in the city's Orangi Town area.

Earlier on Tuesday night, protestors demonstrating against the killing of a Shia leader Agha Aftab Haider Jaffery, torched a mini-bus.

Also on Tuesday, Prime Minster Raja Pervez Ashraf, taking serious notice of deteriorating law and order situation in Karachi and Hyderabad, ordered immediate action against the culprits.
