A procession to mark an annual royal plowing ceremony in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, took place near Cambodia's Royal Palace Wednesday, May 9, 2012. The ceremony marks the start of rice farming season. Cambodia's royal oxen refused to eat rice, during the ceremony to predict the country's agricultural fortunes prompting fears of a poor rice harvest among superstitious farmers.
