PESHAWAR: Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) was given the rights to host the prestigious AFC U-14 festival of football central region in Islamabad from April 2-17 next year.

The event is a multi-purpose festival, which focuses on entertainment for the youth. The main objective of the festival is to create a positive experience of football for children and to raise the overall performance and to improve the standard of football in Asia.

The Member Associations for the Central Region Festival are: Football Association of Turkmentistan, Football Federation of Kyrgyz Republic, IR Iran Football Federation, Tajkistan Football Federation, The Football Federation of Afghanistan and Uzbekistan Football Federation.
