MANSEHRA, Sept 18: Ulema and scholars have called upon the people and the government to foil what they called the conspiracies being hatched against Pakistan by ‘infidels’.

“The Zionists and their agents want to erase Pakistan from the map of the world and are hatching conspiracies against the country. The ulema and people should come forward to foil these conspiracies,” said a speaker while addressing the Ulema and Mushaikh Conference organised by Jamaat Ahl-i-Sunnat here on Sunday.

Among others the chairman of the Sunni Ittehad Council of Pakistan Sahibzada Fazal Kareem, central amir of Jamaat Ahl-i-Sunnat Pakistan Syed Riaz Hussain Shah, Peer Syed Hussain Udden Shah, Mufti Hanif Qureshi, Syed Riaz Shah, Maulana Qudratullah Qadri and Haji Salkheen also spoke on the occasion.

They said Zionist agents wanted to create differences among the Muslims to divide them into sects to weaken their power. “We all Muslims around the world are one and nobody how powerful he is can divide the Muslims,” vowed another speaker.

They said that Muslims should get guidance from the Quran to eliminate sectarian difference and be united to rule the world in accordance with the Sharia. The ulema also condemned the attacks on the shrines in the country.“We cannot change the faith of each other and should learn to tolerate each other and avoid creating hatred,” advised one of the speakers.

The speakers said ulema had played an important role in the creation of Pakistan and that they would also be on the forefront to protect the country from intrigues and conspiracies.
