Hazara and South Punjab province to be made soon: Elahi

LAHORE: Senior Federal Minister and PML-Q leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said that a Hazara and South Punjab province will come into existence soon.

Speaking at Lahore Press Club with media persons, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said that the PML-Q was the first party to raise the slogan for a South Punjab province and that there was peace during his partys 5-year tenure in the province.

He said that the current provincial governments incompetence has led to the rise in religious extremism.

Elahi also blamed Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif for the current gas-loadshedding crisis that is affecting the province.
