ISLAMABAD: Senior PML-N leader, Makhdoom Javed Hashmi has advised the Sharif brothers to apologise to the nation for their decision to stay in exile during the tenure of former president General (R) Pervez Musharraf, DawnNews reported on Thursday.

While speaking on the floor of the National Assembly, the PML-N leader offered his apology for taking oath from Zia-ul-Haq and said that a PhD was required to understand the politics of President Zardari.

He said people were demanding the formation of new provinces in the country and his party would take that into consideration. If the ANP and other political parties had no reservations about the formation of a Hazara province then the PML-N had no reason to oppose it, he added.
