SARGODHA, March 29: A kidnapping suspect allegedly killed six people, including three policemen, in Sillanwali police precincts on Tuesday.

RPO Javed Islam told APP Asad Rehmat Ali was involved in kidnapping of a girl and had been declared an absconder.

On a tip-off, the police raided his residence but the suspect in a bid to avoid arrest resorted to firing, killing constable Muhammad Hayat, driver Sher Ahmed and Ahmed Bukhsh, a police volunteer, on the spot.

The suspect continued firing while fleeing his house and three civilians Abdul Haq, Zafar and Sarwar also fell prey to bullets.

DIG Islam has formed teams to arrest the suspect.
