ISLAMABAD, Nov 12: An inter-school football tournament kicked off here on Friday. A colourful ceremony was held in which participating teams marched. The tournament has been organised by GSIS School Islamabad with the collaboration of Basic Human Rights to raise funds for children affected by flood.

Ten teams are participating in the tournament including Beaconhouse, City School, GSIS, Lahore Grammar School, Convent School and ICAS.

GSIS Principal Quratulain Ali Rizvi said sports taught discipline and was the best way to bring people closer. She urged parents and dignitaries to come forward and raise maximum funds for the flood-affected children.
